1. Promotion includes (1) standard moon bounce for four hours. You can choose from any of the following, subject to availability. 


2.When To Make Your Reservation: We serve our Clients on a first come, first served basis. You can place a reservation for your moon bounce rental in as far advance as 18 months. In order to ensure availability we ask that you please place your reservation as soon as possible.

3. Taxes Required: Taxes as stated on the promotion are NOT included with your voucher purchase. You will be required to pay a 5% Maryland Admissions and Amusement tax as well as a 6% Maryland Sales Tax to the delivery driver prior to them setting up on the day of your reservation or any time prior.  This can be paid by credit card or cash. Please note we do NOT accept personal checks.

4. Additional Specials: Do you need to add a cotton candy machine or a snow cone machine? Perhaps a second moonbounce or an additional inflatable like a Bungee Run or a Pedestal Joust? Perhaps you want to take your party into the night with an outdoor movie on a huge inflatable movie screen? Well we've got you covered! 5. Delivery Area: The delivery included in the promotion is 20 miles of zip code 21117. We use Google Maps to verify the delivery distance so to be sure, you are welcome to do so before placing your order. If you live between 20.1 and 40 miles from 21117 unfortunately because gas prices are killing us too, we must assess an additional delivery fee.

6. Space Requirements: For most rentals please note you will need to provide a 18'x18'x14' space. That's 18' wide and long and 14' high. If space may be an issue please contact us for exact space requirements. The space must be clear and flat. The surface, to ensure the safest possible experience for you and your guests, must be grass, concrete or pavement. It must NOT be gravel or sand. If our delivery team has to take any stairs or hills to set-up the moon bounce, we will assess an additional delivery fee. You must provide a clear path at least 3' wide from the location where we would park and unload to where the bounce will be set-up.  In addition the moon bounce must be within 100' of your electricity source. You are required to provide electricity. If you need a generator, we are able to provide one for use during your rental for $50.

7. An adult over the age of 18 years old MUST be present with the moon bounce at all times while it is being used. An adult must also be present during delivery so that our delivery team can go over some basic safety information prior to us being able to leave the moon bounce.

8. Delivery: Your delivery will occur at least 1 hour prior to your Event, but depending on our deliveries that day, it may occur earlier then 1 hour prior to your Event. You will receive a 2 hour window for your delivery approximately two days prior to your Event. If you have any specific needs or restrictions pertaining to delivery, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation!

9. Pick-Up: This will occur either the same day of your rental or the following morning. When we notify you of your delivery time frame, we will also let you know what day your pick-up will occur. No one has to be present during the pick-up as long as the moon bounce is accessible by our delivery team.

10. Maximum Children in 15’x15’ moon bounce:

      Ages 8 and under: 10 children maximum
      Ages 9 to 12: 5 to 6 maximum
      Older Teens: 4 to 5
      Adults: 4
