Will you deliver to my area?
Delivery is free to addresses within 20 miles of zip code 21117. Delivery from 20.1 miles up to 40 miles costs an additional $25. Delivery from 40 miles up to 60 miles costs $45. We are happy to deliver beyond 60 miles, but the delivery fee will be higher. Please contact us for an exact rate. Tolls (if unavoidable) are the responsibility of the Client and will be due directly to the delivery driver the day of your Event prior to set-up.
Can you set-up an inflatable inside a building?
Yes, we definitely can. Things like school gyms or firehouses are wonderful places to host an indoor event. Especially during the colder months or if there is inclement weather in the forecast.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for my rental?
The space must be clear and flat. The surface, to ensure the safest possible experience for you and your guests, must be grass, concrete or pavement. It must NOT be gravel or sand. If our delivery team has to take any stairs or hills to set-up the moon bounce, we will assess a $20 delivery fee. In addition the moon bounce must be within 100' of your electricity source. You are required to provide electricity. A standard outlet is required and should only power the blower for the inflatable. No other items should be plugged into the outlet that you will be using for the inflatable's blower. If you need a generator, we are able to provide one for use during your rental for $65. In addition you must be present to accept the delivery of your equipment on the day of your rental so that our delivery team can go over some basic information prior to us being able to leave the equipment. An adult over the age of 18 years old MUST be present with the moon bounce at all times while it is being used.
When will my equipment be delivered for my party?
You will receive a 2 hour window for your delivery approximately two days prior to your Event for all deliveries that do not include an Attendant. If you have any specific needs or restrictions pertaining to delivery, please be sure to let us know when you make your reservation! When we call you to provide you the 2 hour delivery time frame, we will also give you a time frame for when we will be picking up the equipment. You do not have to be present during the pick-up as long as the equipment is accessible by our delivery team. We conduct deliveries and pick ups 24 hours a day as our schedule requires.
How many kids can jump in a 15'x15' moon bounce at one time?
Ages 8 and under: 10-12 children maximum
Ages 9 to 12: 5 to 6 children maximum
Older Teens: 4 to 5 maximum
Adults: 4 maximum
The larger the people jumping are, the fewer there should be. When in doubt, please be safe and have the smallest amount of people we recommend jumping at one time.
What should I do in the event of an unexpected rain storm or high winds during my party?
The blower that powers our inflatable equipment is done so by electricity. If rain occurs, please ask everyone to quickly exit the inflatable. Once everyone is out of the inflatable, please unplug the blower and place it somewhere under cover. If you are unable to pick the blower up safely, please make sure to cover it with something to keep it dry. The inflatable will quickly deflate and this is what you want to happen. For safety reasons please do NOT use the inflatable in the rain or high winds. Please take extra caution in the event of a thunderstorm or any storm where lightning is involved. Once the weather has cleared, simply plug the blower back in, allow the unit to re-inflate and dry the inside of the inflatable with a towel. Water inside of an inflatable makes the surface extremely slippery and dangerous to use. Once the inflatable is dry again, you are welcome to begin using it again.
Can you set-up at a public park?
Absolutely! Most parks require at least one week notice from you as well as may require you to obtain a permit. Please check with the park regarding any special requirements they may have if you are renting a moon bounce. Insurance certificates may be necessary and if so, we require at least one week notice to provide them to you. It is your responsibility to find out the requirements you must meet in order to have the inflatable at the park. Please make sure to get detailed information from the park so that we can prepare any documents necessary for you and get it right the first time.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit via credit card at the time of your reservation. The balance is due directly to the delivery team on the date of your Event, prior to them setting up via credit card or cash.
When does my rental time start?If you made a reservation from 1pm to 5pm, that is your rental time. Even if we deliver your equipment at 11am you will still have the equipment until at least 5pm. Depending on what our delivery schedule looks like, sometimes it is easier for us to deliver your equipment a little earlier. The extra time is free!
