Cancellations: If you cancel your rental for any reason other than inclement weather, we require a 72 hour notice and the right to retain 100% of the deposit. If you reschedule your rental at the time of cancellation we will apply all deposits to a future rental that occurs within 1 year of the original rental date. If less than 72 hour notice is given, you will still be responsible for the cost of the rental and it becomes due on the original date of your Event. No exceptions.
 
Inclement Weather: If rain is in the forecast on your event date and you want to cancel/ postpone your party, you must notify us within 48 hours before delivery to reschedule. All deposits may be applied to a future rental that occurs within 1 year of the original rental date. If less than 48 hours notice is given we reserve the right to retain 100% of the deposit. If the driver arrives at your location and you decide to cancel due to rain or for any inclement weather reason, your deposit will be forfeited and the balance for the rental also is due.  The Entertainment Playground reserves the right to cancel, postpone or reschedule Events as a matter of public safety, when it is apparent that lightning and heavy rain could cause a hazardous condition. 

Our goal here at The Entertainment Playground is to provide you with a safe and fun experience while renting our equipment. However, moon bounces and other inflatables are not made to be used in rain or adverse weather conditions.  Rain causes the moon bounce to become slippery and because of the static electricity properties of the material, lightning has been known to be attracted to the vinyl of an inflatable.  High winds can cause an inflatable to flip over or even take flight.  We will do all we can to help you have a fun-filled, safe event.  Keep in mind that as a matter of public safety and for insurance reasons, we may have to cancel your reservation if adverse weather conditions are in the forecast.

There are many great alternatives if there is rain in the forecast on the day of your event.  We highly recommend renting a community center or school gym.  Many communities have buildings or rooms for rent for a small fee.  
 
Payment and Deposit: A 50% Deposit is required at time of reservation. This can be paid via credit card.  Balances are due the day of your event prior to our delivery team setting your equipment up. Balances can be paid via credit card or cash. Please note we do NOT accept personal checks.
